The Burns Supper is organised jointly by The Rannes Hall Committee and The Kennethmont Senior Citizens Committee.
It is held in The Rannes Public Hall. The hall was 100 years old on 29th Dec 2009.

2014 marks the 25th Burns Supper held without a break since the old annual event to mark Burn's birthday was restored.

 

Cooks Wilma Grant and Brenda MacDonald prepare ingredients for their renowned Scotch Broth.

 

This year the Rannes Hall was set out for 110 guests

Alistair McCallum, Insch proposed the toast to the Immortal Memory of Rabbie Burns.

Stuart Stephen, Rothienorman proposed the toast to the Lasses.

 

Aileen Ingram, Drumblade replied on behalf of the Lasses.

 

Tea and coffee was served in the litle hall while the main hall was being made ready for the dance.
