This letter was sent home by Pat Gordon to his father at Christkirk.
It was written on a train from Bedford to Southampton en route for France
Mr Leith-Hay was the Laird of Leith Hall.
At that time Christkirk was a tenanted farm on The Leith Hall Estate.
